Install channel from different regions #42

It would be great to, by example, be able to install the Japanese Nintendo 
Channel (Minna no Nintendo Channel) on any Wii, etc..

Unfortunately we cannot support the Nintendo Channel. Nintendo does not provide 
a
ticket via Normal NUS download and without the Ticket we cannot install it.
