What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Dop-IOS MOD (v12 Beta 4).
2. Choose the IOS you wanna use to install other content (I'm using IOS 249).
3. Go to sysCheck.
4. When it finishes to check the properties of every IOS found on the
console, the report saving prompt will appear.
5. If the app tries to write the *.CSV report on the SD, but there's
already an old one, it'll Code Dump.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The application should overwrite the old report without any problem.
However, it Code Dumps.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
System Menu 3.2, HBC v1.0.6.

BTW, no patches can be applied to the IOS 58? I tried to install it through NUS
(yes,
I know it isn't available there, but I unencrypted the WAD file and placed its
contents in SD:\00000001\0000003a\v5918 [and yes, I renamed the TMD file to
tmd.5918
a certs one to cetk]) but I didn't work, so I installed it with the WAD method.
The
patching messages didn't appear, so...

I was wrong. It seems the report creation is broken with this release (I
deleted the
old report and tried again, with the same results). I hope you guys will solve
this
problem, :).

Also for IOS58. Because I don't have a copy to test, I don't know what patches
can be
applied. I'll see if I can find a copy somewhere and see what can be applied to
it.
By default no patches can be applied until I can actually test the patches and
see
what can actually work. But if I can't find a "viable" copy of it, i cannot
turn on
patching for that IOS.

Fixed and Released into Beta5. I will still look into your IOS58 issue but it
may
