Implement compatibility with the NUS Downloader Title Database. #44

That would be cool, because if Nintendo releases a new system update, a new
version of this application wouldn't be needed, :). Also, you can put on it
a DB update option, just like the one NUSD has. I don't actually know if
compatibility with *.xml can be created for Dop-IOS MOD, but what about
plain text files? The database in question can be saved on SD:/config or in
USB:/config. What do you think, guys?

NUSD Database is not compatible with our database. Our database in v12 has WAY 
WAY
more information than NUSD does. IE. knowing what IOSes can be patched and also
Parent/Child releationships on channels.

Forgot to add that it'll also know what IOSes are truely stubbed IOSes.
