LAN USB Adapter not working #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run DOP IOS Mod
2. Select IOS 249 for installation (I'm using cIOS rev 14)
3. Try to install a IOS from NUS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The program stays forever on "Initializing Network" with the dash spinning

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v12 beta7

Please provide any additional information below.
The adapter works fine with other programs, maybe cIOS rev14 is lacking
support for it.

This is either a libogc issue or a cIOS issue. There is nothing we can do about 
LAN
USB Adapters.
