Stuck in First Menu #49

Installed Homebrew Channel 1.0.6 on Wii using Bannerbomb 2.0. Wii system is
4.2U.

Ran DOP-Ios MOD 12 beta7. Successfully installed IOS 36 w/fakesign
downloading from NUS. Then restored IOS 15.

Shut down Wii. Restarted Wii. Launched Homebrew channel. Launched DOP-Ios
MOD 12b7. Get the same first menu - would I like to install IOS w/fakesign?
I had expected the menu which gives me options such as "Remove Stubbed IOS".

Tried launching DOP-Ios MOD 11.5. Same result.

If I select "A", yes I would like to install then I get a message that it
is already installed.

What am I doing wrong?

Not sure. Last time someone reported this it was just a bad IOS install. Once 
IOS36
was reinstalled everything started working again. 1 thing you can try doing is 
use
TBR 1.11 and try reinstalling IOS36 that way. I'm actually going to be removing 
the
fake sign check on the TBR restore process in v12 final so that if people do 
have
this problem they can try reinstalling it again. Can you give this a shot and 
let me
know.
