Add a SD read/write code #6

Well, the title says it all. For example, if you download a title (mostly
an IOSes), the app will create directories very similar to the ones
encountered on the NAND ISFS filesystem (like SD:\00000001\000000XX\vXXXX)
with its unencrypted data, so it can be accesed by other apps that use this
method and re-used by the own Dop-IOS MOD if we need to reinstall that very
IOS, without downloading it again and again... How do you like it, :)?

GiantPune has got this working, it just needs to be added to SVN and dopIOSMOD 
updated.
