Disable changing IOS slot when installing BC/MIOS #74

What IOS did you use?
IOS 36

What is the first 4 digits of your Wii's Serial Number?
LU72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install BC or MIOS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See that DOP-Mii lets you install it to an IOS slot.

Please provide any additional information below.
I didn't actually try it, but I think if it could be considered dangerous to 
install BC/MIOS to where it doesn't belong it should be disabled.
