What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open dop-mii
2.select ios 250
3.press a
4.problem happens
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i think it should just start loading the ios
Please provide any additional information below.
i wanted to add some wii themes and i found out i needed to downgrade my wii to 
use them so i tryed and failed i was using v.15
