Overclock setting is no saved #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Overclock to 200%
2. Close 1964
3. Overclock Option is back at 100%

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Overclock option should be remembered, maybe as per game setting or part of 
ROM_Properties.ini file.
