New GUI

One idea is to build a brand new GUI.

One of Schibo's requests is to do such a thing. Maybe doing something with C# 
and building the core as a library, but it will involve a massive amount of 
work, but the results will be worth it. Same with a Qt based GUI.

9 months and no update i new gui would be really intresting and could bring 
some more people to the project

I think a modern UI would really make 1964 stand out from the others, and I'd
