Add a notification box with a link to the latest installer (video and input
plugin) instead of telling a certain file is missing.

If your talking about the missing DLL error, that is a DirectX error.

That one yeah. But there's really no easy way to show a more user-friendly
error? (Because I guess most users won't really understand what's the problem
about)

Just because your computer is able to support DX11, it does not mean it is able
to run this since you don't have the latest runtime.

I might try adding in the dynamic linking for dx using in Dolphin-emu. Which
should fix the error message up.

Yea I tried installing this and it said I had most recent direct x. I then
proceeded to delete my direct x file from windows/microsoft.net/directx for
managed got files and installed the runtime from the link.. Same message keeps
appearing. I wonder is this because of my most recent upgrade to windows 7 32
bit?

Well its been one month and no response. Hope all is well with the dev's and
the community. Hope we can get this project out of medium activity and back up
to highly active.
