Load state Freeze problem with The legend of Zelda Majoras Mask #62

Hello,

I have a Problem with Zelda Majoras Mask. I save the game with the function 
"Save State" and "Save Load". I don't know why, but when I load the Save, it's 
freezing. So I can't play the game, because of the Load state freezing. I only 
hear the Background of the Game.

I play with 1964 v. 1.1 and have Windows 7 x64.

I hope you can help me. I attach the save file.
