Shadows of the Empire locks up/crashes 1964 on launch.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load SOTE
2. Wait
3. Watch it freeze and crash.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to get past the initial black screen at the very least.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm using all of the default 1964 plugins.

Issue does not seem to be occurring as of r121
If the issue is still occurring with the latest revision, please post your 
1964video.ini settings (if your using 1964Video)
