Loading schemes that don't work in "instant load" mode #45

The following games don't work with "Tape instant load" turned on, but they do 
when it's deactivated:

-Daley Thompson's Super-Test
-Skate Crazy

Daley Thompson's Super-Test, Spy Hunter and Savage.tzx work for me also in 
"instant load" mode.

Please try the attached last dol where I added the pause option and changed the 
rewound message

I made several attempts to fix Skate Crazy issue without success.
Mask.tzx has the same issue since it has the same file structure.

I succeded in making Skate Crazy,Goody and Mask work.
All of them have a block lenght shorter than what it is written in the header.
But it is a trick to cause an error in the machine. The error calls a loding 
routine that loads the game. It has been very tricky to find it and fix it.

I've just noticed that Tai-Pan doesn't load.

For some reason, the pause in the last standard block is shorter than it 
should, but only when "instant load" is active.

I fixed the issue with Tai-Pan too. I had programmed a pause 33% shorter to 
speed up the loading, but this game shows this is not possible.

At this point there are two remaining games that don't work in "instant load" 
mode:

-Technician TED
-Dynamic Duo

I found out that Technician TED has a search loader protection scheme even if 
Wos reports no protection scheme:

Dynamic Duo is fixed in v10.2

Technician TED as a particular loading scheme which can not work in instant mode
