A couple of suggestions #15

I just want to start by thanking you for making such a great port of this 
emulator, Every game I have tried so far works flawlessly.  I just wanted to 
suggest a couple things that maybe you could possibly consider for a future 
release.  I purchased a NES usb controller today but to my disappointment the 
start and select buttons do not work and the a and b buttons are backwards.  
I'm sure this is probably on your list but I think a fully customizable button 
mapper would be awesome for all the people playing on third party controllers.  
The other suggestion would be for a default folder that loads upon first 
opening so you don't have to scroll through a few folders to get to your rom 
folder.

I was apparently using version 1.0 somehow and all these features are available 
in 1.4, Sorry for wasting your time.  I do have one actual suggestion though 
and that is for any controller to be able to navigate the FCEU menus.  My nes 
controller doesnt have enough buttons so I have to keep switching controllers 
when I want to change a game or save state.
