Few Bugs in v1 #3

- when you start fceu in xmb and press "select" you cannot view current save 
state slot numbers
- there is no aspect ratio of 16:9, only 4:3 and 16:10

Apart from that great work to everyone!...

- Fixed and fixed.
- Also, you can use right analog to select save slots in game now.
