gl2gx lighting bugs #1

Currently the lighting has several problems:
- Models will flicker between no lighting (kind-of allbright) and lit
- Some levels the color will change in a strange fasion

The problem is probably due to the way lights are currently emulated in the
gl2gx layer, not a problem with the fs2_open tree.
