Classic Controller A & B buttons not functioning.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add support for classic controller buttons A & B

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- To be able to use all the buttons on my classic controller.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Beta 3 release.

Please provide any additional information below.

The A & B buttons on the Wiimote work fine when the classic controller is 
connected.  This may 
mean it is possible to have all of the Wiimote buttons mapped separately from 
the classic 
controller greatly increasing the number of buttons at your disposal.

This has been fixed on my local copy.  The next release with resolve this.
