Keyboard and Gamepad support? #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting a training mission.
2. Being asked to bind a key.
3. Not being able to bind any more keys, because of button limitations.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Having keyboard and gamepad support allows for more options in binding 
keys,

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Freespace 2 Wii on Nintendo Wii (homebrew)

Please provide any additional information below.

I fully agree.  Keyboard support should at least be an OPTION, even if some 
people
don't want to use it.
