FM sound in Master System games

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start the game with the IPS patch applied v1.02 from SMS Power (swap sound 
modes back and forth with start).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
FM sound which sounds nicer (I think) than that of the original US version. 
Instead you hear nothing. 

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?
Official 1.5

Please provide any additional information below (Video settings, Console
region,...)
The sound FM does work in SMS Plus though it is very quite compared to the 
orignal US sound on, running it on Kega Fusion on my pc the sound levels are 
identical. I've attached the zip with the ips patch if needed.

YM2413 FM chip is not emulated (yet) in Genesis Plus GX. This is actually 
planned for later releases though.
