fb garbage carried over to next rom display #151

Start "Top Gear Hyper Bike", watch the intro and close rom.
Now start "Top Gear Overdrive" and go in-game, you will notice the garbage 
display around the border is from the previous game("Top Gear Hyper Bike") 
intro frame.

weird - anyway, I bypass this issue.  You may want to take a look.
