Rice has implemented timings in its plugin in order to handle vi registers 
update (as i understand). (Top Gear Overdrive menu?)

I do think also for instance that Blast Corps (or Banjo Kazooie) uses the 
maximum speed of the RCP as a speed limiter (it is not set by the game i 
think). I wonder if it is possible to have any influence on that.

Wrong issue type. Absence of "timing" is not a defect. Thus, it is rather a 
'feature request'.

Can't say anything concrete about the matter. Need to investigate, what that 
"timing" does and which issues it fixes.
