Top Gear Hyper Bike - wrong swapmode #210

Current game ini uses default swapmode=1 which may allow progress into cutscene 
with cheat.
But using swapmode=2 will always progress into actual gameplay with cheat.

It has been tested working.
Please change current game ini to swapmode=2.
