Using Glide64 WIP, start the game after emu startup and it works correctly from 
intro to in-game.

Start a game with expansion pak e.g. TWINE, then start 1080 and the game will 
work until that intro image(attached) and the video plugin crash.

Attached a comparison text of good vs bad and just before the crash, the 
rdp.ci_width, rdp.ci_height, rdp.ci_upper_bound and rdp.ci_lower_bound becomes 
0 just before the crash scenario.

Tested the same scenario on the same emu with Jabo and it works without issue.

Why is in the r254-package a glidehq.dll from 18th april 2010 in earlier packs 
were one 28th september 2010? Error-revert?
