Glitch on selecting video mode and selecting through main menu #5

On GC mode when no rom is selected and try to adjust this setting it's
locked, but when a rom is playing and try this again, no cursor (selection)
is showed until you press down on controller

About main menu in GC mode, moving through it is very sensitive.
