I try to format again my USB disk with Ubuntu (FAT32). Same -2088 error.
Everything
works with my USB Key (FAT).

Looks like it's a USB 2.0 issue. Do you have the cIOS installed? If not try
installing it, if so try uninstalling it.

I have already tried to uninstall/install this 202 cIOS.

USB Disk + Mplayer 0.6 = WIN
USB Key + Mplayer 0.6 = WIN

USB Disk + Mplayer 0.7 = LOOSE
USB Key + Mplayer 0.7 = WIN

:\

Please run USB Test 1.1 and post the result (using www.pastie.org to preserve
formatting).

You can download it from here:

Same problem with external Lacie Porshe formatted as NTFS :|
USB 2.0 test returns usb2 init: -2088

It works with Configurable USB Loader, for example.

Same problem with external WD disk.
Although, if I move mplayer_CE on a SD card, and load it from there, it mounts
perfectly the NTFS filesystem...is this helping on something?
