Merge all support files of MPlayer CE into 1 file #607

I want to save/install MPlayer CE into my Wii's internal storage. 

Thus allowing me to use my SD card for other purposes.

Previously, I used MPlayer AX, installed the .wad file using WAD manager.
MPlayer AX then didn't require SD card. But it did not support subtitles.

Merge all support files of MPlayer CE into 1 file (especially the subtitle
support).

Then once the whole program is 1 single .dol file it can be converted to
.wad and installed on Wii, thus eliminating the need for SD card.
