RSS and OPML support #620

MPlayer supports such a wide range of audio and video codecs it seems a
shame to waste it on local files and pre-defined audio/video streams.

I run RadioFeeds UK & Ireland (www.radiofeeds.co.uk), an up-to-date
directory of list radio streams and would like to find a way of providing
an up-to-date station directory for the Wii via MPlayer CE. One way I can
do this is to provide a live OPML feed to the application.

I already provide OPMLs for various other desktop internet radios and
mobile phone apps.

Can Podcast RSS and OPML support please be added in the next version of
MPlayerCE?

(I've tried creating server-generated SMIL files but MPlayerCE just crashes
out. Additionally, I believe there is no title support for all other
playlist types)
