No folders in FAT32 USB drive. #649

No files in FAT32 USB drive. I tested having 2 USB drives in FAT32 and files 
named in Greek. 

The first usb had the files in root and mplayer_ce crashed when i tried to 
access the usb. 

The second usb had some files (greek filenames) in root and an english folder 
(with some english 
filenames in it). Only the folder shows in list but empty. No files at all. I 
formatted this USB in 
NTFS and all files show up now.

I edited fsysloc
1) uncommented this line #names=sd:/,usb:/   locale=en_US.UTF-8 
2) changed locale=el_GR.UTF-8
No luck at all with fat32. So for some reason FAT32 has some issues displaying 
files.

What version of the product are you using?
Tested on latest beta 565 and 0.76
