DVD Disc Playback #659

After playing a dvd movie file, or cartoon from disc, if you leave mplayer
idle for too long, the playback no longer functions. Typically what happens
is that it just tries to load, and then nothing happens. 

Also it would be nice if you could improve stability of playing movie files
off disc,==
