More than 50 videos in a youtube playlist #681

I'm using 0.76 and I have youtube playlists that are 75-100+ videos long, and 
only the first 50 appear in the list.
I'm not sure if this is a memory issue or an oversight in extrem's youtube 
modules, but it would be nice if we could have at least 100 videos in a 
playlist.
