Won't play youtube streams anymore. #685

I don't know if it has anything to do with the setup on my SD card but I am
guessing not. Am having problems where the youtube stream will go to load
through "playlists" but then won't continue to load and play. Anyone else
have this problem?

So its not my wii doing it? Thank God I thought my wii was screwed. Yeah, let
me know
what can be done. Would be a shame if we couldn't stream anymore. Cheers for
that.

It seems to be the end for the current playback model.
A client-side version is on the roadmap, but it might take a while.

A Grease Monkey Script called Yousable Tube Fix can generate download links for
all
Youtube qualities. I don't know if this could be helpful but I'll post the
Links.

The Script's Page is: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/13333
But that version no longer works with the new Youtube Site Format so the author
is
working on building a new one from scratch.
In the meantime someone tweaked the Old Script to make it work again:

Useless, my script already support the new design and had automatic format
selection
for ages.

The problem is that the URLs I send back are fixed to my 255.0.0.0 subnet, so
only me
and whoever with an IP between 70.1.1.1 and 70.255.255.255 can use them.
