File is read off of DVD but not USB.

Ok so I am trying to play an mkv file from my hdd.
The thing is, it will work perfectly fine off of a DVD but when I try the
file I copied to my hdd it gets stuck at "analyzing stream" without trying
to load the video.
I am using 0.76 on a 4.1 Wii and the video info is attached to this post.
