enhanced subtitle feature

English:
It would be cool, when the mplayer only looks at the first part of the
subtitile name, as vlc does.

e.g.
movie name:
mymovie.avi

subtitles:
mymovie.german.srt an mymovie.english.srt

So that mplayer loads one of them automatically and can change the loaded
subtitle in the options

Deutsch:
Es wäre cool, wenn der Mplayer nur nach dem ersten Teil des Namens der
Untertitel sucht und diese dann automatisch lädt. 
So wie es auch der VLC macht. 
Beispiel:
Film name
MeinFilm.avi

Untertitel:
MeinFilm.deutsch.srt und MeinFilm.englisch.srt

So das der Mplayer einen von beiden anzeigt und zwischen den Untertiteln
wie bei den Tonspuren gewechselt werden kann.
