Support Wake On Lan (WOL) packet sending #739

It would be very nice if mplayer-ce has some support for WOL messages to wake 
up a home server.

Ideally, an extra line(s) can be added for each entry in smb.conf or ftp.conf.  
The line could then contain the IP address and MAC address of the remote pc.  
If the user goes to a certain entry in smb.conf, the WOL message is send.  
Waking a computer from standby is almost instantaneous, starting a computer 
from complete shutdown with WOL may take some more time. 

A very easy to use program for Windows is Wake On Lan GUI
