More efficient delay/sync of sub-titles #753

It happens regularly that I have a sub that is not in sync with the video.
For this I use the delay option of the audio menu, which is very handy.
However, if the delay is quite large this results in more than  100 pushes on 
the delay-button (100 ms per press). 
It would be nice if there would be an option such that only one long press on 
the delay button is sufficient to have larger delays.
