Subtitles option makes video not play #766

Whenever I choose in settings for the visibility of the subtitles to be 
disabled, then go to play the video, it says "Mounting video" for a while, then 
it goes back to the menu to choose to play the DVD or choose chapters, etc. So 
I choose play DVD again, and it does the above process again, but in a second 
goes back to the menu. Never does the DVD play when I have subtitles off.
