Doesn't apply menu languages and/or subtitles selected #800

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open DVD menu option
2.Select language (spanish, not the predefined english) and/or subtitles
3.Play
4.Always plays the predefined option (english with subtitles)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected that once made the selection through the menu when playing the 
options selected work
