Could not start mplayer-ce in sd card installation #802

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy mplayer-ce directory to sd:/apps. sd card is in fat32 format.
2. Launch mplayer-ce by hbc.
3. mplayer-ce could not start.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A message box was coming out "This is not a valid wii application".

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Same directory with exactly same binaries and configurations in USB hard disk 
was working fine.
