Resume game with X+Y/1+2. #113

It'd be nice if the menu shortcut could also be used to resume the game 
quickly; for some games it's necessary to mess with settings mid-game 
(e.g. Snowboard Kids, which uses both Controller and Rumble Paks) and 
exiting back out of the settings screen to hit resume game is a buzz kill. 
Instead the shortcut could switch you straight back to the game, and on 
next press could bring you back to your place in the menu, which would 
make toggle operations like this go much more smoothly.
