Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Pokemon Stadium, Stadium2, Mario Tennis, Mario Golf etc.
2. Try to transfer Gameboy Savestates
3. Error occur

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An option to select Gameboy Games via a virtual Transfer Pak (Mupen
supports this feature) to transfer Gameboy states to the N64.
The saves and games could be taken from vbagx or gnuboy gx.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
beta1

Please provide any additional information below.
It would be a great feature, but has (at the moment) low priority
(concerning the playability of some games).
So It's a "nice to have".

Is it possible to use the GB Player on Gamecube, or GBA link on Wii, to do
this? I'm
not certain if the GBA hardware is able to read GB cartridges in GBA mode, but
I've
heard it can.

hyperhacker, it is possible but it's far too much work that way.

GBA Link might be possible, but from what I understand, since the Gameboy
Player is a separate piece of hardware, it wouldn't be accessible without the
boot disc.
