Super Smash Bros textures/layers not shown #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.playing the game normally, as instructed on the compatibility page.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
Beta 1 on Wii using HBC.

Please provide any additional information below.
The following is a list of graphical or layer issues in the game:

General
-Black box around the magnifying glass that appears when a character is out
of bounds
-Characters do not flash when they are immobile in the air(ie after using
an up+b attack in the air)
-All victory screens are completely black with the winning character's logo
centered in the background.
-Character select icon is completely white.
-The "burning" floors in Board the Platforms do not show the character burning.
-Several impact animations are not visible
-When recovering from a kill or, ledge, or being knocked down, the
character does not flash white at all.

Character Specific
-Fox's Firefox (up+b) does not show a trail of fire when he lunges in a
direction
-Samus's Screw attack (up+b) does not show her electric shell that
surrounds her during this attack.

Recurring
-Targets do not show explosive animation when destroyed
-Yoshi's eggs do not show explosive animation when destroyed
-Link's bombs do not show explosive animation when destroyed
-Samus's bombs do not show explosive animation when destroyed
-Motion Sensor Bombs do not show explosive animation when destroyed

I'm not sure if there's a place in the issue submission form where I can set the
priority and type, but this issue should really be low priority.

No, type and priority are set by the owner(s) of the code account (meaning 
tantric,
emu_kidid or sepp256) if and when they accept the issue.
