Enhancement: Enabling or disabling Fog #134

Hi.

Is there a possibility to add "Fog enabled/disabled" feature? That could be
great for a better video performance and that could help to gain more clear
3D scenarios with no fog effect :) !

Some video plugins for n64 emulators come with that option on their settings.
