Bugfix: Settings.cfg not saved in Cube64 #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load emulator from sd card via sdload. Sdload is loaded with gcom 2.4
dvd (load dol from dvd)
2. Change settings
3. Try to save them to SD card

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Settings couldn't be saved to SD

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
Cube64 Beta 1

Please provide any additional information below.
All directories in SD card are present.

Yes, this is broken on Gamecube, we're going to release a small update which 
will
address issues like these.
