Bugfix: Joystick not working correctly in Buck Bumble and Pokemon Snap #144

Both games start up fine except for some menu issues in Pokemon Snap, but
the problems arise when gameplay starts.

In Buck Bumble the joystick works on and off, with moments of irregular
control in-game. In Pokemon Snap the joystick is completely unresponsive.

in buck bumble, try using the control stick without pushing it all the way to 
the 
side. i find that if you do move it all the way to the side, it either 
momentarally 
stops responding or it turns you the other way. i don't have nearly as many 
issues 
if i don't push the control stick all the way over.

i also have issues with kirby 64. the control stick seems completley 
unresponsive so 
i cant even start playing

draggibfurre, Kirby uses only the Digital Direction PAD for movement!

confirm same problem on pokemon snap
also the pictures in pokemon snap have some problem like invisible and dont 
save.
