sometimes mario cart works??? #146

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. no idea,i thought it might be pak configuration and i tested, but no
2. it might be the time i let it load, im not sure but i think that if i
wait longer before i go to the character screen sometimes it works
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
normally the screen is black and the music keeps playing like the expected
output listed on the compatability page

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
beta one, i think  (i got it off home brew browser)
