Enhancement: Use of + and - to go back and forth 'pages' on the ROM loading dialog

It's a pretty minor idea, feel free to ignore it, but I'd love it if you
could use + and - to navigate 'pages' in the ROM loading dialog instead of
having to do something like highlight Next.

To add to that, it would also be really nice:

A) to have the capability to scroll pages by pressing "Down" from the last rom 
on the
current page

B) to have the emulator remember which listing you were on, so in case you
accidentally press right or left while trying to scroll down quickly, you don't 
have
to start over again from the top of the list.
