Bugfix: Restarting the game in menu resets the save file for Majora's Mask

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Majora's Mask with any modified save file (not blank).
2. Go to the Current Rom menu and Restart Game.
3. Start game again, and try to load the save game.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should see the completed save game in the game menu.  Instead I've got
two blank slots again.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
HBC 1.0.6, Beta 1

Please provide any additional information below.
Completed save file attached (endian swapped by yours truly :).
