saving wii64 operation settings #167

you should be able to save all of the settings so you don't have to put 
them in again each time you load the emulator. for example, i like to keep 
my GC controller plugged in but i don't use it for the emulator. so each 
time i load the emulator i have to remember to go and change the GC pad 
input to Wii pad input. i also don't like the fps display so i end up 
turning that off every time too.

If you're running Cube64 on a gamecube then this is a known issue.

However, if you're on Wii, this will save when you click "Save settings.cfg"
