Diddy Kong Racing graphic issue #184

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Diddy Kong Racing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the menu with the normal graphics,
the menu works just fine, but the graphic part is always just one collor.
like allways the collor of the ground or the ear.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
Beta1, wii and the Homebrew Channel.

Please provide any additional information below.

fantastic game and works fine with muppen64 on PC.

This is a known issue, what they mean by layer ordering is the graphic layers 
aren't
ordered correctly, this is why you see a blue screen at the title and a black 
screen
at the character select screen. Just wait for the next beta for the fix.
